Biotech Club Seminar - Concept to Clinic, Wednesday 12/5

Dr. Mark E. Davis, the Warren and Katharine Schlinger Professor of
Chemical Engineering, will be giving a presentation on the path of
taking an idea from the lab to the biotech company and, finally, FDA
trials. His nanoparticle drug delivery therapy is currently in FDA
trials at City of Hope. Professor Davis will also be speaking about
the process of setting up and running a biotech company from his
experience as a founder of Insert Therapeutics and Calando
Pharmaceuticals.
